Install Mod (large method):
- Make a backup of the folder VEG from Ultra Street Fighter IV\resource\battle\chara\VEG
- Extract files from "Costume X"
- Paste files in "Costume X" to Ultra Street Fighter IV\resource\battle\chara\VEG
- Replace files

Install Mod (small method):
- Extract files in "Costume X" in Ultra Street Fighter IV\resource\battle\chara\VEG
- Replace files
